Start with the important user journey

A focused first release

Deliver structured training with progress, assessments and manageable course administration.

Ownership and deployment clarity

We identify who uses the system, what they need to accomplish and what proves the first release is useful. That keeps feature lists connected to business needs.

Acceptance criteria you can review

Review the work against the agreed user journeys and acceptance criteria.

In our clients’ words.

“They are very professional and they take their time on their work to provide you the best possibilities for your project.”

“ICM did a great job, on time and within specified budget.”

“Great job on the project!”

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Your Learning management systems project, clearly defined.

Founders and operating teams ready to validate an application, portal or internal system.

01

Course and role setup

Set out who may view, change and approve the relevant records. Test representative authorized and unauthorized accounts, and document administrator ownership rather than sharing one unrestricted login.

02

Learning workflows

Describe the trigger, each decision and the expected output, with clear approval boundaries. Exceptions are routed to a named owner instead of repeatedly retrying a business action without oversight.

03

Completion reporting

Receive a prioritized written account of what was found or delivered, why it matters and what to do next. Where appropriate, include supporting examples and a distinction between included work and a future phase.

Scope and requirements

Content production, certification authority and accessibility scope are agreed separately.

Any additional work is scoped and priced for your approval.

CLICKABLE PROTOTYPE

See the idea.
Shape the outcome.

First concepts in minutes during an agreed live kickoff. Final delivery follows the package schedule.

Available for eligible website, design and software concepts after the essential brief is ready and a team member has confirmed the kickoff. A concept or prototype is not the finished production deliverable.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Questions before
you start?

Ask the team ↗
What is included?

Includes Course and role setup, Learning workflows and Completion reporting. Content production, certification authority and accessibility scope are agreed separately.

Is the first prototype production-ready?

No. It helps validate the idea and interaction. Security, data handling, error states and release testing belong to the implementation stages.

Who owns the application?

The agreement identifies your delivered code, repository, accounts and any third-party components or licenses.

Can we add features later?

Yes. Additional work is estimated against a backlog so it does not silently change an agreed package or milestone.
