Privacy Notice
1. Information we collect
We process information you choose to provide through enquiry forms, project briefs, case-study requests, customer accounts and orders. This can include your name, reply email, company, project requirements, optional phone or messaging details you submit, website addresses, files you choose to provide, billing details, order history and approval records. We may also process technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, session management and reliable operation.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, create and administer orders, deliver projects, provide support, record customer approvals, protect our systems, prevent abuse, comply with accounting or legal duties and improve our services. Optional analytics or marketing tags are loaded only according to the privacy choices presented on the site when those tools are configured.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through WooCommerce and the payment providers enabled for the relevant order. LeapHover does not intentionally publish or store full payment-card numbers in its project forms. Payment providers process payment information under their own notices and security controls.
4. Service providers and international processing
We may use hosting, email, payment, storage, analytics, security, communications and infrastructure providers where necessary to operate the service. LeapHover serves international customers and works across regions, so information may be processed in more than one country. We limit access to people and providers that need it for the service.
5. Retention
Project, order, payment and approval records are retained for the period reasonably required to provide the service, support customers, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Unconverted leads may be deleted according to the retention period configured in our lead system. Backups may persist for a limited additional period.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. We may need to retain certain transaction or security records even after a deletion request where the law permits or requires it. Optional analytics can be declined through the site privacy choices.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, role-based access and secure project workflows. No internet system can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, secret keys or unnecessary sensitive information through public enquiry forms; we arrange a more appropriate handoff when access is required.
8. Children
Our commercial services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The version shown on this page applies from its stated update date.
