Delivery & Revision Policy

1. When the schedule starts

A delivery estimate begins when the agreed brief, required materials, access and applicable start payment are ready. A date displayed before checkout assumes those prerequisites are available without delay.

2. First preview versus final delivery

For eligible services, a first mockup, concept, storyboard, prototype or action plan is a review milestone rather than the finished deliverable. Services that cannot sensibly be mocked up use an appropriate first milestone such as an assessment, migration plan, audit result or implementation outline.

3. Customer review

We ask customers to review milestones promptly. Time waiting for feedback, content, access or approvals can move the final delivery date. Silence is not treated as approval unless the signed project agreement expressly states otherwise.

4. Revisions

The number and type of included revisions are stated in the package or quotation. Revisions refine the approved scope. New features, materially new creative directions or work outside the accepted scope require a separate approval and may change the delivery date.

5. Handover

Final handover occurs after the applicable approvals, quality checks and amounts due for that stage. Where included, handover may contain files, administrator access, deployment, documentation or a support period. Credentials are exchanged through an agreed secure method rather than a public enquiry form.

6. Delays outside reasonable control

Vendor outages, delayed approvals, unavailable third-party services, force majeure, security incidents and other events outside reasonable control may require a revised schedule. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably practical.
